Make videos… not an easy task!
First of all picking the song and trusting that your pick will be the best. Then working on the idea… if you are open to suggestions then everyone is an expert on the subject! and last but not least: The Director… someone who needs to understand and “translate” the ideas into the audiovisual language but always remembering above all what you want to do and the result you want.
I am seeking for that person / team! I have a couple of interesting people but I am still deciding… (actually with my manager), so wish me luck!
